I have read a few of his battle seen his posts on the best lines u ever came up with thingy too and i used to think he already HOF but he ain't that shit is robbery !!

Manny may well be one of the closest people to deserving HOF that doesn't currently have it. I personally think he probably needs one more run to push him over the line into being a sure-fire candidate though, since there seems to be a lot of controversy surrounding a lot of his earlier accomplishments and once he's had the chance to dispel this and prove himself in another run I think he'd be a very strong candidate.

Manny certainly is a dope battler and a heavyweight. I do agree with @Kiwi Peewee that another title run (or two) could see him in the right direction. Certainly someone who is note worthy of such an honour.

Though i would like to point out, not every single heavy weight should be a HOF'er. Not saying Manny isn't worthy... i just mean for future reference. If we just give every top tier or old head HOF status, it would water down the prestige of such an honour/title... :high:

I strongly agree with this. Perhaps instead of thinking "Would it be acceptable for this person to be in the HOF?" we should be asking "Would it be acceptable for this person not to be in the HOF?"

Manny ain't just a heavyweight though. Dude done whooped everybody's ass. Grand Champion, Tag Team Champion, Concept Champion. Not every heavyweight will have those accomplishments including a Grand Championship..

I see Manny like I'd see remarK. He's dope as fuck, probably one of the guys I'd be most friendly with on here, but was he ever THE top dog? He doesn't have the longevity of Lockhart of constantly being on top. His reign was arguably short. I'd say hes in the Askari boat of being a guy one run off of it.

and also the fact that not all champions really need to a re run in recent times coz there is huge difference in eras as well here. These are guys who wanted to get to the peak and did it with style and then lost interest not their fault really and in specifically manny's case dude is a GC with 2 other titles ain't no better testimony to HOF status than that tbh. dude got nothing else to prove really.

If Manny went in HOF he'd definitely be more deserving than some guys in it so the mandate says yes.
