First Place Prize: Rookie Champion usertitle

Since it's already March and we've got a solid slate of tournaments for the rest of the year, it was high time to get the Rookie of the Year sorted.

I've been asked by Kiwi to host the event as he himself is participating.

This event will be held in the basic ranked arena so as not to mess with the One Bar tournament bracket now underway. The battles will be 16 lines.
