Why Was Rican Banned

I spent a bit of time in the last week or so looking into some users who have had compliants against them for suspected things. With being made Head Moderator with admin tools i was able to dive deeper on some things.


I found absolute proof of Rican accessing the Swiftkeys account multiple times in the last 3 months when he had told me he had not.

I found absolute proof that Rican had logged into the "Ghas" account to vote against Punk twice in the same battle.

I was confirmed by live battler Yate that he was NOT SwiftKeys, who had said on multiple occasions that he was Yate.


So on an official scorecard we have Hate Voting, Ban Evasion & Impersonating a Live Battler. All offences that added to Ricans previous infraction history led to me banning him and all accounts related for 2 years.

I cannot lay all the proof out here for legal reasons when it comes to IP address and the such, and i didnt want to make it feel like i was "rubbing it" in anyones face when i managed to find proof to ban which is why i asked Autograph to post the thread instead of doing it myself.

Hope this gives everyone closure on the matter.

To staff: when we were staff and Rican was banned, we banned his known Multis and he revealed another like 10-20 over time that we had to keep banning. So I hope you guys like playing whac a mole cause they gonna keep popping up LMAO
