LB lyric search?
 

An idea I just had. But, would an LB lyric search be useful? I think it would make it much easier to fact check potential bites, and would also allow to avoid posting played concepts/ideas that others have beaten you to before posting this.

This is true.

I can imagine, at this point, almost every concept has been done. I agree this still would be a good idea, people think they are smart by altering wording so it'd have to be a broad-ish search, i'm not the most educated on how that would work, but if it could be done, i'm for it.

then put the line, concept etc. after that and see what comes up. If you need something exact you can put it in quotations.

That's dope! I, as a writer, would also benefit from this, though. Say I had a punch/wordplay that I wanted to check. To see if it had been used before. A keyword style search for this would be fantastic for me, to avoid using it if it has been used already.

I can't find anything anymore. It used to be easy but I can't even find forum posts let alone specific bars.

Ahhh yeah, i get you now. Yeah could be a good fit alright.

Though in the 14 years LB's been around, you may find yourself spending the majority of your time in that search bar lol

I agree it seems much lighter in the amount of pages that show up than it used to be.

Genius. Especially for the ones with alot of battles. Dunno how many bars I've scrapped because I thought I might have done a similar bar. But to implement that is another story

more than anything i would wanna use this (if it happens) to check if the concepts i'm writing for battles has been used or not first !! this shit would be a brilliant idea !!
