Nomination: M-Rock

This man is tied with Phil Banks & Bleu as the most decorated Audio Champion in Letsbeef history. But do you think he warrants a place in the Audio Battling HOF? Poll above.

M-Rock is Top 5 all time ez in Audio.... automatic for the people

Bleu 07-19-2017 10:56 AM

Gets a yes for me even though he ducked me last time we were supposed to battle lol. Seriously though, dude deserves it hands down

Lockhart 07-19-2017 12:30 PM

No doubt. Dude not only is super decorated, but he helped AC's win ILL4 with wins over stricc and was part of the tiebreaker to get AC's the win. He has an impressive track record since coming to LB. Yes from me.

NOBLE 07-19-2017 12:37 PM

I voted. M-Rock is definitely HoF status! He's a decorated audio battler, but he also dominated audio topicals too...something that not everybody that's good at audio battling can do. On top of the topicals, he's also a prolific track maker. He's an all-around beast.

Aggo 07-19-2017 12:40 PM

Cosign Lock. Was gonna say the same thing. Dude was a beast.

lllllllllllll 07-19-2017 03:34 PM

Rock for HOF ofc

EtH 07-20-2017 06:10 AM

Its slightly harder because his reign was shorter. He went from unknown topical entry tp multiple time champ in such a short run.

However, he had some of the toughest competition all time in stricc and banks and he essentially dusted lod and mm on his own. I think his run was so impressive that it clinches it. He won the big ones, both solo and crew, and had some iconic moments.

I did think this too, but then De Niro is HOF and he didn't have a huge amount of battles and no titles.

My standard for HOF goes up with generations. Royce Gracie should be HOF, Tyron Woodley shouldn't.

Mr-Felon 07-21-2017 09:49 PM

Yes he should be HOF track maker

Phil Banks 07-24-2017 11:14 AM

I think he deserves it. Dude was one of the best track makers here... I still got some of the disses he did for LoD on my playlist always laugh when it pops up. I def preferred his tracks an disses to his battles but to be fair the GC was twice a year an besides the ones I won pretty hard to remember them.

He's got my vote

RULE 07-24-2017 02:11 PM

Yeah he gets in imo.

Him and Banks ran the audio scene from '10 onwards.

X-Calibur 07-24-2017 02:22 PM

With-out doubt

2010? M Rock wasn't even really known until he smashed that topical tournament which was a few years later. It's funny. I remember I heard his first round and was like "Who the fuck is this guy? Anyone know him?" Few people said he was dope but didn't know um so I was like "Probably won't but ima try and get him in ACs". Rock was cool with BORO, either a GC champ or a HOFer, can't remember, and wanted him with him. ACs didn't really work like that, recruiting big guys, so I was like "Ehhhh, you know what, sure, I guess".

Next thing dude smashes the topical tournament, kills it in battles, makes some of the best ever diss tracks the sites ever seen (I legit listen to the three disses on MM/LoD frequently). I take a lot of credit for a lot of guys, but what the fuck credit do I have with Rock? haha. I happened to catch him at the right time, and dude turned out to be one of the best crew reppers I'd seen in the 10 years on the site, dude smashes it with an actual art form and won us Illmania in some of the hardest imaginable battles.

Shame Rock was at a later part of the site. If he joined in 2007 this place would be called LetsMRock by now haha. But in his span, he was lucky to have guys like Banks as competition because someone rising up now doesn't have that kind of opponents. Rock came through and beat them all, and will probably be the last legit HOFer in audio.

For a moment I thought you were talking about Bnas and wondered how that qualifies as a major achievement.

Student 07-25-2017 05:29 PM

Solid yes from me, ya fucking animal @M-Rock

OSKAR 07-27-2017 09:31 PM

hell yeeee

Denton 07-30-2017 06:12 AM

I still bump M-Rocks MM diss tracks

Nicholas 07-31-2017 03:44 AM

@M-Rock will be added to the to be inducted list.

Dirty Work 07-31-2017 10:42 PM

M-Rock is definitely one of the better battlers we've seen on here, but i gotta say, while he did kill a fair amount of audio battles, so did a lot of other people. Where he really shines is with those tracks. If you make a list of the battlers on this site who are in his league and compare it to the track makers who are in his league, the latter is much much shorter, if there is anyone on it at all.
