How many can you guys do non stop & with perfect form?

40 is my max lol. I'm dead after that, I aint even gon lie.

I don't get how niggas can do 100 push ups non stop. (Got me fucked up)

The more you do them, the more you get use to them, fam.

We used to (in military training) do 10 and then go into the half press up position and hold it for a min and then do another 10 and so on... shit have you in bits, shaking an shit...holding yourself an inch off the ground. After 6 months of that shit (always being increased) you just get use to them. Great exercise though... They're especially great after doing your 'chest day' in the gym.

I can do about 65 while holding perfect form. I've got to be able to with what I'm doing in the military.

LOL Damn, That sounds like torture. I just started doing em tbh I'm trying to add 5 to my max everyday and eventually get to 100.

I think my record is 80 unbroken push ups in a row. Give the crossfit workout "Angie" a try. 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 pull ups, 100 air squats all for time.

Yeah it is haha... but it's really worth it though. Also position your hands at different angles to maximize the best for yourself. Also the "diamond" or as we called it the "ranger" push up, they're madness lol. Kinda like the diamond one but your lower back is raised so that your body makes a triangle shape. Your index fingers and your thumbs are touching and do them like that... they're fucking a killer. :high:

Used to be able to do about 60. 2 dislocated shoulders later and 20 really starts to hurt. I've had my shoulder seriously fucked on 2 occasions and shit I used to take for granted can be really painful now. Fucked up my reach too. I hoop quite a bit but can't extend my left arm to grab a ball cuz my shoulder is loose and can pop again. Shits garbage.

Yea if you're skinny and light don't say anything. When I was living in Arizona I was pushing 75 at 224 pounds. Was pushing 11 pulls ups.

PB is probably between 60-65.

That's all about endurance, lifting heavy is a different muscle (slow-twitch fibres). Endurance is the mad burning way to lift, usually when I finish 3-4 sets of benching I do push-ups to failure or push-ups to failure between sets of dumbbell flies. It fucking swells your chest x100.

@2FUEL Where do I have you confused? Pushing Pull Ups? When I say that, I mean I could do 10 consistently. But getting to 11 was impossible for me.

I can give you like 75 half assed push ups though if I do them quickly

About 40 is my highest, near 30 is normal.

Worst thing I can hear in martial arts is "We're going 5 push ups". That's the "Half way down, all the way down, half way, all the way, half way, plank position, up.....1" kind of push ups. KILLER.
