Froch can't underestimate him twice...plus I think groves is being way too cocky this time... If anything he's underestimating froch .. I have a feeling froch will do a number on him this time...either way it'll be an amazing fight.. People talk like groves got robbed with the early stoppage last time.. Truth is froch got robbed of an amazing turnaround win

You're the only person I've seen agree with me on this. I think Froch got robbed of the greatest stoppage of his career.

With that being said, I have no idea how this one goes. I have a feeling it will go very similarly to the last one, with Groves destroying Froch early and Froch battling back.

I'm not saying that Froch couldn't have gone on to win. I do think it was stopped too soon though. My memories a little hazy but I don't remember Groves being in THAT much trouble when it was stopped. He still had his bearings.

But yeah. I can't call it right now. Gonna be a great fight though.

I went down to London before to the excel arena for what was supposed to be a Ricky burns fight but it got cancelled last minute n the show ironically ended up headlined by George groves .. Haha.. Groves win over Johnson is very underrated. I hate how big Groves has got. Groves can complain about the Froch stoppage all he wants, but his stoppage win over Kenny Anderson still annoys the fuck out of me.

Groves was in a lot of trouble when it got stopped, but it wasn't stoppage worthy. Groves was winning the fight. Froch was smashing him but Groves hadn't even gone down. English referees are without a doubt the worst thing in boxing today.

I've been a few times. The FA Cup Semi Final against United then the Charity Shield the following season. Getting there is a bitch though and the food is expensive as fuck but the atmosphere is great and I'd imagine it will be even better for the fight since extra seating will be taking up the pitch space. I mean you're probably looking at around 100,000 people packed in there.

Whats the deal with the fight time? Is it accommodating the States?

That would probably be better seeing as you can hit the town first for a few.

Any of you catch the Selby fight last night?

I thought he looked good. A few too many scares though. Not sure if he's ready to take on the best in the division yet. Koashicha's nothing special. A typical Mexi grafter but he still caused a few problems.

Yeah Selby's my brother's favourite in Britain, but I was fairly unimpressed. He's way too open to shots and a big puncher will expose that. If say Quigg, Martinez or Frampton moved up a weight class and to fight him, I imagine all 3 would easily stop him.

Disappointed that Buckland couldn't pull off the win. Been a huge fan of his since he sent Gary Sykes to the grave in Prizefighter.
