Scenario:

Your friends from childhood are the biggest dealers in your city
and you are broke one friend hands you a suitcase and says deliver this for 2k
you jump at the chance but after you get in the car and drive awhile you get busted
cops have been watching your boys for months and think you are in on it
they bring you in the room for interrogation but the case is pretty open and shut


Do you snitch? wear a wire/get them on the phone with a tapped line
and set yo niggas up?

If you Snitch cops promise you a new home in witness protection and 10k a month

If you don't snitch Jimmy Spread Em & Rico Rim Job are your cellmates in prison for 20 years

Back when i was a criminal i worked alone though.. I want it all for myself.. It took me years to recover from my criminal past but now im working for UPS.. It took forever to climb out that grave i dug for myself..

If it was less time, I wouldn't snitch. 20 years is just something I'm not willing to waste because of a homie. If you would actually waste twenty whole years of your life to uphold some type of stance that you're real as fuck and wouldn't be a snitch I personally think that's stupid as fuck, it's twenty years man, that's just too much...

I wasn't even saying that in a "I'm street I don't snitch yo" aspect. For me, it's like Just C said. You took the job and you pay for it. Now if there was a different situation. Like say I'm involved in some light stuff, and the guys I'm working with are involved in murdering people and shit. Then yeah I'd share what I know. But not if I'm up against my own decisions and getting done for it. I'd just skip the country, considering it's not Murica :D

Never snitched never will. Things are different for me now and days. Im not on thenstreets like i used to be and i will never put myself in a position anymore where i have to make those kind of choices.

I got put in a lineup for a liquor store robbery a close friend committed and i was picked out of the lineup along with his accomplice. While we were both sitting in the holding cell after his accomplice asked me why diddnt i just tell them who it was. I simply told him because when my lawyer grabs the video footage ill be free and so will he. I was held on a 250k cash bond and released about two days later. Not before getting hassled about the whereabouts of my buddy but i wasnt worried about it. I cant speak on other peoples positions but i was lucky most of my days. Alot of people think they hot shit till they asses get locked up.

did 5 years because i wouldnt snitch buddy i know its no 20 but its still a bit of time
