Poll: Should it be against the rules?

Should it be against the rules for members not involved in a battle, to comment on a pending battle that is not currently open?

Apollyon 02-08-2014 06:40 PM

It all depends on whats said..

Even if the battle is not currently open for votes?

Apollyon 02-08-2014 06:46 PM

Yeah..

Rant 02-08-2014 08:43 PM

Seems pretty even so far. Could you guys give your reasons for why you voted the way you have?

MAN DOWN 02-08-2014 08:44 PM

If u have to leave an expo it stops people from seeing it at the top and depending on the comment it can sway.

Aggo 02-08-2014 08:53 PM

^So you think Expo's should be illegal, or just before the battle opens? That seems silly. Some shit would be missed. In live battles it is common fpr a battler to repeat a bar and emphasize the WP's or things that might miss the head on the first listen. If I need an expo, I put it as soon as I post the battle because A) its fresh in my mind, and B) I might not be around when the battle is accepted and I dont want something I wrote to go over a head just because they aren't slowing down and really looking for a WP.

Other than that, I just don't see the point in banning comments pre-rebuttled battle. A sway is a sway either way and is already against the rules. Any thing that isn't swaying isn't doing much harm, so why get your panties ruffled over it?

MAN DOWN 02-08-2014 09:03 PM

No smh @Agonize I'm saying if u have to expo the voters probably won't see it if there's fifty comments on it. What's wrong with waiting till after? Nothing.

---------- Post added at 01:03 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:02 AM ----------

See what happens when people don't read? But ok if ur up against daddio and fifty people coment on it like oh shit daddios about to kill this nigga. It's gonna affect ur percentage.

Aggo 02-08-2014 09:05 PM

Ok, I see a point there. I also don't see this as a huge problem. I have never seen a battle with only one participant posted that had more than 1-3(tops) comments by people not involved. Making it against the rules seems silly.

If you wanted to make it impossible for people to comment, I could see merit in that. But to make it against the rules and issue infractions for it, no way.

MAN DOWN 02-08-2014 09:13 PM

Well that's something u have to tell victor. I dont think u should get infractions.. It should just be a given.

Vic lost in that battle tho lol

@Agonize, this is about members OTHER THAN THE BATTLERS posting on a battle before the battle is open for votes. IE: Crew members, and people linked to the battle prematurely.

Vic you're wasting your time. Common sense doesn't prevail around here.

Hubert Cumberdale 02-09-2014 07:59 AM

I don't see it as any issue at all.

J u s T C 02-09-2014 09:23 AM

.See?

Hubert Cumberdale 02-09-2014 09:28 AM

Just: See?

Ironic.

J u s T C 02-09-2014 11:35 AM

Lizman?... Is that you Lizman?

Hubert Cumberdale 02-09-2014 11:39 AM

It couldnt be me if I was NORTON INTERNET SECURITY

expo: "Is that you". You/U. u is short for uTorrent. uTorrent is a downloading software which often gets viruses. Norton internet security gets rid of viruses.

AJ Styles is easily one of the best workers in TNA.

It's time to rise up!

Hubert Cumberdale 02-09-2014 12:44 PM

AJ Styles WAS one of the best workers in TNA.

He still owns the belt currently, does he not? That no contract bit is a story line, I'm pretty sure.

Hubert Cumberdale 02-09-2014 01:22 PM

You're incorrect.

The title stuff was just ridiculous decision making. His contract officially was up in December and he has left TNA. He holds a shit load of resentment for it, and is now trying to put on "dream matches". It's assumable that most of these will take place in ROH.

CM Punk Vs AJ Styles in ROH would be INCREDIBLE.

Hubert Cumberdale 02-09-2014 01:59 PM

I prefer AJ in the ring than Angle, but both have looked pretty terrible in recent times.

Best Wrestlers in TNA

1. AJ Styles
2. Okada (If he counts for TNA)
3. Kurt Angle
4. Bobby Roode
5. Amazing Red

I've seen a few ROH shows. They're great live.

TNA uses their wrestlers better than WWE. Example- Senshi. Dude was a legend in TNA but he had to participate in the NXT contest when he joined WWE. Same with R-Truth. Dude was pretty fucking sick in TNA. Now,hes a fucking joke.

I wrestled in the same company that Wildcat Chris Harris started in, briefly. AMW > Beer Money.

Morgan was alright. I was a huge fan when him and Henandez got pushes, and wanted both to take the title at the time.

Nah Roode imo is twice as good as Storm in the ring and on the mic.

You can say that, but look at some TNA missed opportunities.

The fact that TNA did so little with CM Punk and Okada says a lot.

You might have seen ROH live, but I've stood by to witness the best of The Bucky Boys.

HERE WE, HERE WE, HERE WE FUCKING GO!

CM Punk was in TNA?

Hubert Cumberdale 02-09-2014 03:18 PM

Yeah but for no time at all.

PHAZEDD 02-09-2014 03:23 PM

imo there shouldnt be someone's comment available for people to see until both peeps sent their shit. A comment, how ridiculous it is, could sway a vote depending on who the person/people is/are.
