After 8 years of smoking im finally having breathing problems.. I just woke up gasping for air.. I've seen others suffer from loss of breath so I know it sucks but damn.. So im sitting here stupidly smoking my last cigarette wondering if I should go to the hospital or if I can just quit smoking and stay out of this cold ass weather and this will eventually heal itself.. If you smoke then you need to quit before this shit happens to you..

Pack em in asap.

Ive smoked half my life an in the last 5 years i've really started to regret it.... never had some i cant breathe shit... but i chased this lame down on xmas when i caught him i was bout to pass out.... im like 6'2 195.. not overweight at all it jus the cigs takin they toll

If its that hard for you to quit analogs I suggest getting a vape or an ecig

I fucked around with an ecig and I still use my vape. Not on some "Look at me, I'm a douche bag with my electronic cigarette" shit.. but on some "I havent smoked a cig in 30 days and I'm not even craving em" type of shit

Its what I did.. I'm 22 and I've been smoking for 5-6 years too. Wasnt big on cigs til like 18 but I've been smoking weed since like 16

I've never been addicted to anything, so I'm not saying shit about it because it'll just be something along the lines of "Just stop smoking, lmao".

But where can a dude get a signature like that though?

I quit for a year but that fucking alcohol man.. I drink that shit and wanna smoke.. I can quit cold turkey but im not in the right environment to not smoke.. Imma get stressed out and probably do something I'll regret.. Maybe I'll just get that e cig..

Cons: Smell like shit, Spend thousands of dollars a year, Sound like a birthing walrus when you get ''the cough'', Gotta stand outside in cold ass weather when you wanna smoke, Having that monkey on your back all the time.

I Feel You, Been Smokin Weed Since 15. I'm an off & on cig smoker but the last few years I've been smoking Oxys off tinfoil...I'm over a month clean but the cough & wheezin comes & goes..

That shit is alot harsher than any cigar or cigarette, but i never been more relaxed & felt that good before lol

My suggestion would be to start working out or playin basketball..shit helps with the breathing & keeps your mind off it..
