Anyway, here's my vote...

Lyrics: one actually put time into his verse while the other dude took it lightly. Pretty much freestyled his whole battle & suffered the consequences. My winner took all 3 points in the Lyrics category.

Presence: one's video was kinda blurry, the other video was mad dark. Looks like he filmed it in a S&M dungeon. I was waiting to see torches & chains hammered into the walls, Lol. Both were animated, but one had better delivery due to the fact that he had his verse memorized & knew where he was going with his lines. I'm giving my winner a slight edge in this category too.

Video/Audio quality: like I said up top, one dudes vid was hella blurry. Maybe it's just my iPhone, but I heard his lyrics pretty clear. The other dude had a dark video, only saw his shadow. But his delivery was better, but his accent made it hard to follow some of the Multi's. I won't be a stickler for accents cuz it's hard spitting in a foreign language. I'll split this category between to two emcees.

Again overall not impressed with the video quality and again someone submitted an almost 2minute verse so i will refrain from voting on this as well

@Schematix Wasn't even close to 2 minutes. It actually has blank black space at the end after I mixed it down from Adobe audition... You must not have watched the whole thing homie.

your right i seen the time on your video and assumed it was close to 2mins but none the less i can gurantee u went over the 60 second time limit alloted for these battles

c. Wordplays and Metaphors....... definitely time could have been spent constructing a battle verse. I think if YUNG didn't freestyle, this wouldn't have been an issue. But VEGETA took this category.


2. Audio Part :

a. Mic Presence / Clarity
b. Flow
c. Accent ................................This kinda played in favor for YUNG as he was visible and held a steady flow throughout the 60 seconds. I feel Vegeta had recorded several times to throw that down. I could be wrong but.. this was even.

3. Video Part :

a. Camera Presence / Clarity
b. Attitude and Aggression
c. Delivery
d. Proper sync of audio and video This category as well was fairly even.. ones visible but with blurry quality while the other wasn't visible but came with more aggression.

My vote goes to Vegeta.

lyrics: Vegeta (i felt like yung didnt bring his A game here, it actually sounded more of a freestyle..Vegeta has a very thick accent for my american ears and that throws off the impact of his bars a little bit..after the battle i read his verse and it was okay, nothing over the top but enough to get the job done..)

Presence Vegeta (again i just felt yung was all over the place with his performance..Vegeta knew his verse and delivered it and made you feel like he had a purpose..)

Video quality: Yung (both had below average videos..yung look like he shot his on a vhs camcorder and vegeta pulled a phil banks and rapped in the dark..if the competition was a bit tougher for vegeta that alone mightve cost him the win..)

Winner: Vegeta

whats the point of a video battle if people can't see your face but just hear what you're saying? Might as well call it an Audio Accapela battle.
