He's baccccck!

Fidel Z 10-09-2013 01:51 PM

I actually love this song! 100% Better than BEZERK, this is what im talking bout!

Obey 10-09-2013 01:53 PM

''Trade your fucking mics in for some tool boxes cause you'll never take my pride from me it'll have to be pried from me.'' .. ''0-60 when I Gun it like G-Unit without the hyphen''.. Dude, he has some sick shit throughout this.

Spooky Deep 10-09-2013 01:54 PM

When niggas rap about their career they running outta material

Y'all love shit that you can't even relate to

Obey 10-09-2013 01:56 PM

@Spooky Deep .. He's not rapping about his career. He's rapping about how people think his career's over and he'll throw the towel in on HIS terms, not everyone's opinions. And this is also a song for Call of Duty, so he's not gonna be singing about drug addiction/life matters throughout.

Spooky Deep 10-09-2013 02:02 PM

The whole concept of rapping about your career is corny
It's like writing a paper about how you're filling up the pages with words

Obey 10-09-2013 02:06 PM

@Spooky Deep .. You're right, I'd much rather hear Jay-Z/Kanye rap about their Niggas in paris going gorillas.

Spooky Deep 10-09-2013 02:09 PM

Why bring them up? This thread is about another rapper's shit

Student 10-09-2013 02:15 PM

Technically It's Great And I Know He's Older But Why Does Everything After Encore Sound Exactly The Same? Fast Paced Lyrics In That Ridiculous "Accent". I Want To Hear Something Like Stan Or The Way I Am

Fidel Z 10-09-2013 02:30 PM

^ I agree, I noticed that about him too lol, the same flow in all of his recent tracks, But I do enjoy most of them like, Untitled from Recover was crazy. "Emcees get so quiet you can hear a motherfucking dawg whistle when i walk by"

Obey 10-09-2013 02:30 PM

@Student I'm sure there'll be a few of them on MMLP2. This is a marketing song, something for a war game (hyped/fast paced/extreme). That's why I think he went that way with it. @Spooky Deep because this is great music and the fact you're calling it out on such a dumb reason. Enjoy the lyrics, enjoy something worth listening too. It's better he raps about coming back than rapping about money/cars/jewels/his niggas (sorry YG)

Spooky Deep 10-09-2013 02:37 PM

Ad hominem type shit you speaking...I'm criticizing what he's doing & you focusing on other people's garbage to try to justify his actions

"Em is trash? Yeah sooo! Other rappers are trash too."

Obey 10-09-2013 02:41 PM

@Spooky Deep You enjoy being the devil's advocate, I can tell. When you make a better song, I'll take a listen.

Fidel Z 10-09-2013 02:44 PM

^Lol That's exactly what I say to Lil Wayne haters.

Spooky Deep 10-09-2013 02:46 PM

lol You keep trying to attack my character not what I claim lil nigga

That's some silly shit...
There ain't nothing special bout that song tho

Yeah That's Why I Said Technically It's Great But I Feel Like He's Making More Of A "Battle Rap" Type Of Sound Now, Were He's Got Amazing Punchlines And His Rhythm Is Insanely Fast But There's No "Soul", "Feeling" Or Reasoning Behind It. Even In "Kim" His Actions Weren't Exactly Forgivable Or Right But One Could See Where He Was Coming From And Relate To It (Doesn't Mean You Wanted To Kill Your Ex, You Just Knew The Pain And What Feelings Would Come Up If She Cheated On You).

Obey 10-09-2013 02:59 PM

@Spooky Deep So you can attack someone else's craft, but once someone attacks yours you're blind to it? You're saying the songs bad, singing about careers is stupid. I addressed that claim, you continued to ramble on like usual. I produced examples of why I think it's better than usual, you told me not to bring in other rappers. I don't know how else you want me to explain myself here.

Fredo Lombardi 10-09-2013 05:07 PM

I don't get it wasn't his song my darling a messege saying he would never return back to slim shady?

Hubert Cumberdale 10-09-2013 05:25 PM

I'm Not Saying Get Back To Slim Shady, Does He Need To Be A Pop Pillin' Lunatic To Be A Great Musician / Lyricist? I'm Sure Marshall Bruce Mathers Jr. (aka Slim Shady aka Eminem aka B-Rabbit aka De'Angelo Bailey's Victim aka Rainman) Can Make A Heartfelt / Relatable Song With Drugs Or Booze Flowing In His Veins.

This..... I've always hated the fact that when one artist is being talked about, another artist that has nothing to do with the conversation comes up as the "whack" one..

Obey 10-09-2013 11:25 PM

@Punk - How can I give a reason why rapping like this is better than the recent way w/ out using a rapper as an example?
