Boy, 8, Kills Gran After Playing GTA
http://news.sky.com/story/1132826/bo...ing-video-game
I despise this kind of out of touch and ill informed press. 8 year old has access to an Adult Rated game 8 year old has access to an unsecure firearm lying round the house 8 year old shoots and kills gran. ... Blame the game. it trains you how to shoot in the same way Fifa trains you to be Lionel Messi and take the footballing world by storm. |
They have to blame someone and video game lobbyists aren't paying in like the NRA and the likes.
|
The town of Slaughter,(ironic) Louisiana, is in shock after the child was able to access the family's gun and shoot the 90-year-old in the head while she was watching television.
Yeah, a video game is the problem... 1/ |
Don't post @Jack-0-Lantern's business like that.
|
Blame the fucking parents
|
this is horrific.., the child was obviously neglected and is probably now scarred for life.. hes gona be emotionally if not already traumatized and will grow up mentally disfigured as a person
|
The kid shouldnt have access to the game to begin with. At the age they are EASILY impressionable. And you leave a Fire Arm lying around? It's the parents fault. It's rated 17+ for a reason.
|
naw.. my nephew is damn smart and knows right-wrong.. he plays shooters and all that all the time.. but i guess the nudity/explicit scenes are a diff story tho... its the "parents".. and he could just be taken cared of my what was just his grandma while at parents were at work tho.. she was old and cdnt do much.. so makes sense..
but that gun tho man?.. smfh.. there are safety and locks.. and SAFES.. for that shit.. but yeah kids are impressionable.. parents mold their child tho tbh |
True. But still. The kid has fun in the game shooting people. Some kids at that age probably have difficulties differentiating the difference between a game and reality. Too them the gun represents fun. That's why the parents are dumb ass fuck for allowing an eight year old to play GTA and on top of that leaving a Fire Arm in the open. But you're right, comes down to how the kid is molded.
|
yupp
but damn.. that gun tho, you'd figure that ppl would learn from the past.. history repreats itself |
Parents: leaving guns in the reach of children since 1812.
