Remember when you enforced the rule about members posting pictures of other members from different websites, and that it's a ban-able thing? Well your mod Eth must have not got the memo as he's done it twice in 3 days. I remember when Rainy got banned for doing it and then somebody else got banned for doing it to Ticket(?) or somebody.

Is this a one rule for one and another rule for another type of thing? I mean it's the principle of things right?

No it wasn't, what if LB didn't know my real name? And they had no idea who I was? The fact noble dropped "my" email address and Eth has dropped my full name and images of me isn't just against site rules but it's actually against the law under the Data Protection Act.

The rule is that you're not allowed to post things from people's private locations. Google is not a private location. If you want your images to be removed from google so that people are unable to use them, you may contact google.

Eth is a moderator and therefore "staff" of letsbeef, when signing up to a website it explains that you're converted by Data Protection, Eth has access to information about me that isn't made public (due to legislation) therefore when he exposed said information, he's technically breaking the law.

I never even wanted Rain banned in the first place, I think it was 2FUEL that did it, but now that it's staff I guess it's different..

Fair points made. But nobody can really answer this one, Rain posts a picture of me and a new rule gets made he gets banned, Eth posts 2 pictures of me as staff a year after the rule gets made and everyone jumps to his defence. Isn't this double standards?
