1. I never directly asked anyone to vote directly for me
2. The person I did ask already had the link posted in his FVC thread

How am I tarnishing your name? That RIGHT there is proof that you asked for votes, and subsequently got banned for it. Let's not say this bullshit "I didn't ask them to vote FOR me stuff". You joined in 2007 man, lets not pretend you've not seen this bullshit for the last 6 years. You broke the rules, got banned for it, end of story.

Also, as for crew battle mod, I agree you could have some more participation from other crews. But the one thing you're forgetting is that YOU'RE the crew battle mod. How many guys here are long time topical writers? I 've so far got 49 topical verses posted on a site that has never had a decent topical section before. Part of being the moderator in a section that you want to bring to life IS bringing it to life. What LB needs isn't simple crew battle moderation, they would need someone to be bringing ideas, setting shit up, making arrangements and stuff. I've got a roughly 30 man topical PPV nearly completed and it's not even taking place until next month. You need to do all the shit you complain that other people aren't doing yourself. ACs has done nothing but support the section from the get go, so mentioning us is fairly bullshit.

Maybe that's because you go round sucking everyone's dick trying to make everyone happy .... ^^^


And maybe I don't give a fuck and say it how it is period .... It's what I've been known for since day one I ain't care for a mod positions or someone status I ain't gunna go licking crew leaders ass's to make them battle aint my style ....

As for you have the crew mod spot have it I really couldn't give two fucks about it now ... It will die off and won't be active guranteed ....

As a completely uninvested 3rd party, I'm going to have to side with @X-Calibur on the issue at hand, but I do not support all this trash talking on both sides: looking at X-Cal and @EtH. Honestly at least X-Cal got crew battles going more than they were before, but of course we could all try harder and potentially be better at what we do on LB…. but then there is real life.

If X-Calibur really did drop the FVC link on Phe before that screenshot, then I don't see the issue of him IMing Phe to ask him to drop the FV that was already requested. It just seems like a ban that was given in bad blood, or at least has created it unnecessarily.

No where in that IM screenshot does he ask Phe directly to vote for him, and even tho nobody should IM links regardless, it would be a much different scenario if he hadnt dropped the FVC link on Phe first.

In the end, its sad to see how seriously beef becomes drama on LB. People have been accusing others of cheating a whole lot lately, but in the end if you ARE cheating than you must have no life and care about winning LB battles waaaaaaaaaaayyy too much to take the time to cheat.

My suggestion… take the loss… and buck up or shut the fuck up.

Truth spoken by @Murderous Swag. I won't defend him against a rule we all follow. I would like to say others have dropped links on me, but I tell them not to…. not naming any names, but they are also well known members… but I'm no snitch.

I still say people need to take their losses and learn lessons instead of caring about the wins so much, but w/e opinions are like assholes: we all got em and they all stink.

X-Cal broke the rules. It's not there for you to decide if you like the rule or not. Trust me, I'm missing a fucking account over not liking the rules. But at the end of the day the dude was in a staff position and asked someone to check his battle. I've got LOADS of people dropping me links. Check my FVC thread for most :D. I personally have no problem as I'm quite known for harsh enough voting, so people are aware of what will come, but regardless it IS against the rules. If say Grizz or AfterThought hit me up with a link, I'd expose it, where if say Row sent me a link I'd tell him not to send links to people. X-Cal has been here for a long time. He should have known better.

And was that "at least he..." a dig at me not doing anything? TOPICALS FOW DAYS!

you cant say anything along the lines of "peep my battle with _____" or drop links unless you're chatting/Pming a MOD.. and yes "Forums Mods" count as well.. but MODs cannot do it vice versa.. unless it's to another mod or somthing

X-cal doesn't need to be demonized over this, but dude knows better. Shit shouldn't happen, been around too long. But I like the ban because it sets an example that the yunguns would be smart to heed.

I see it like this, @X-Calibur we have tons of threads that say do not IM for votes.. We also have a stickied thread if it's still sticked saying do not ask FVC for votes. & you say your not trying to be labeled a cheater, self-voter, etc. Making a thread your first day back is doing just that. Your pulling the attention your way when it can easily blow over saying fuck it, i fucked up, time to move on.. But that's kind've typical for someone who does something that's against the rules, they always think explaining their selves is the best way out.. No just shut up, leave the shit alone, & work back up to being trust worthy..

X-Cal, we all know this is easy to do. Apoc, Chloro, name a crew and I've have guys sending me links which I relayed to my FVC thread and warned them not to send links to other members. At the end of the day, you should have known better and that's why you lost your crew spot. The lapse in judgement of a staff member was pretty bad.

Freak, yeah since tracks aren't competitive, you can send them out all you want.

^^ got a point cheaters still allow to be FVC, for example X-Calibur and Grizzeat, both cheated in the past, both still a FVC member. just because they cheat doesn't mean they don't vote fair, unless they returning favours, like they always do.

He did wrong, he know she did wrong, he was banned for 3 days, he did his 3 days, he's back now.

Why is this still being discussed? X you've served your time my dude, it was harsh but technically speaking it was justified; link or no link, you privately asked another member to vote on your battle after a series of lesser infractions also I believe? Although I may be wrong on that part.

It's done now, leave it be. Next time just say "hey, Phe, check your FVC thread you lazy no good snitch cunt, do your fucking job" or something to that effect.

The only other infraction I had was of Jason from our one bar battle ... For swaying

I'm done with this now and would like to move on I just felt it was key to point out why I was banned as I saw a shit load of people talking shit saying false accusations ....

The facts are there .... There is no previous history and there won't be any future history made on this mistake ....
