@R o w he joined in December which qualifies him for the 2013 ROTY. I think the cut off is November but it may be October. Depends on when they hold the tournament.

I was saying that unknown guys coming onto the scene should get in. For example, Fidel Z has elevated a shit load now that he's with Chloro. He joined in September last year, and didn't actually start elevating until like April this year. People like R o w actually have a big head start on the guy, but I don't think we should cut out people like that just because they joined like 2 months early.

What's your opinions on it guys? Me and R o w were talking, and I was saying how guys like Tyler and Fidel wouldn't have had a chance in ROTY 2012. When that shit came around, they would have still been in whatever low level crew, believing the leader was dope and not knowing what a multi was. Tyler joined Chloro in March from LCee, and Fidel only got known around April. These guys to me are eligible for ROTY, and this isn't just a crew thing. I think Grizz will remember that I posted a thread on this early in the year.

When are you planning this though Grizz? It should take place at the end of the year, that way the guys will have plenty of time to elevate and stuff and it will follow the tradition of the tourney.
