What is it with Mods and dissapearing acts?
 

Everytime we mod someone they fuck off never to be seen again?

If anyone who think's they would make a good addition then wonder why they don't get the chance. This is partially why?

I've lost count how many times this has happened. They all mr doo gooder fishing for that mod spot, they get it, then they fuck off and we don't hear shit from em again.

I don't mind if you are seen on the site or check in regularly, even if it's only brief. at least for that short time you're avilible to help. Nah I'm talking about the whoodini's of this mod shit.

And if your 1 of the people catching feelings about this thread then that's your own fucking problem. Stop playing with the site and fucking it up for everyone else. You too busy after JUST getting the job or 2 weeks into it? then cool, piss the fuck off and be busy and let someone else have a go. Personally I think I should be in sole charge of mod hiring and firing because I'm boss like that *Adjusts crotch* ya'lld be out on your ass before you could say Admin.

I agree just should be givin more, dude runs this site to a tee and has a fair mindset with everything, also make me mod because I was mentioned last time quite a few times and got over looked

No, That's It. I Went Through The List But It's Not A Shame, They Just Aren't Active Enough To Do The Job. It's Not Like They Weren't Fit To Be A Mod (There's A Reason They Got It In The First Place) But They're Not Around Enough To Stay Modded.

Yeah Jasons online, And UA's cool. I think you're missing the point. This is about people who campaign to be mod then ghost as soon as they get it, Not old heads who served their time like UA and Jason ect.

They should be kept mod tbh they earned it and they help out when thet log on.

agreed with 1st post, and UA and em should keep their pos cause the work they put in.. but for the ones that ghosted they should be cut nm replaced with ppl that actually do somthing,.. i honestly get ppl that HMu thinking i can delete battles,look through HVs and stuff cause the other mods are not online or just wont do anything about it.. so i then have to forwrd my Pm topwards a diff mod that i'd "Know" would do something about the matter


Go throw a poll of inactive members (then cut the majority after discussion)

and draw a poll of new members to replace em that has the time to actually mod.. they dont have to be "Vets" or anything.. just people that have a lot of "time".. and would most likely do their "Job" instead of just running around with a fancy colored name and MIA'n

Technically I ghosted the second I got made mod again :D. But topical stuff kicks off next month, so fuck off everyone.
