Hypothetical question.

If I, as a mod and someone who has NEVER made a song, decide to HOST/RUN a song tourny on this site.

Duties include.

Taking sign ups.
Arranging the match ups/due dates/time limits.
Making sure battles get votes.
Making sure each round closes and starts on time.
Handing out the prize to the winner.

Does this all of a sudden reward me with the actual EXPERIANCE of MAKING a song myself?

No...What verity meant that in order for you to be a mod you have to know and be good at what u do in order to be able to moderate your allocated section. This is all in the LB community's eyes.

Let's say that We have Dono and Ferno runnin for an audio mod or Remark and FAME runnin for text mod, given that all four are active as fuck. Neither of them have previously cheated as well so they will be considered strong canditates. Question is, who will you and LB choose? The majority of the people will want Ferno and Remark cuz they are heavyweights hence the stereotype she made

Thing is. you can be the best rapper in the world and be a terrible host/mod.
You can also have no experiance w.s.e battling but be a good host/mod.

The latter is a prime example of this situation.

She knows he hasnt any experiance actually video battling because if she did shed be on it like a shot to get her own way and thats why she plucked the "next best thing" out of the air, some nonsense about him hosting somehow gives him the experiance of ACTUALLY BATTLING.

Anyway I just wanted to make sure I wasn't loosing my mind.

I think your doing her a diserivice there tbh. we all know he isnt a vet battler. she was even in that tourny he ran. shes a smart girl. she knows his rank and standing in terms of battling. noble is a MOD mod not a battle vet/ time spent mod like most of us. she knows not to make that connection. she was just trying her luck and said something silly. she even mentioned him being youtube mod. that doesnt require ANY battle experiance at all. nvm a specific type.

I'm not even sure if that's what she meant..I'm just sayin that this is the way some people think when for example there is a poll to determine the next mod..If i were to be picked people are going to be like why is this dude picked and not mind fuck or dissizit..he is not on their level text wise. V3numbs opinion is invalid because he's a straight up hater haha, everyone else's opinion agreeing with you is safe though. It's how I feel, if somebody is going to run a tournament I feel they should be competent enough to be involved.

Look at it like owning a battle league, they should be capable of battling themselves. I guess that's the way I looked at it.

The thing is Just C, I was annoyed he insisted on doing it over a beat because you have to admit (as I admit about myself) that's not my thing and also, part of you must have looked at that and thought it was a bit of a cheap way out of giving the site a good battle to best of both of our potentials. Nevertheless I accept it will now be over a beat, I was just trying to make a comparison and I admittedly didn't make my point very well. It's one of those "I know what I mean" type scenarios that us women annoyingly do.

My other reply is up there ^ and it's not about getting what I wanted as my initial aim was to put money down, a few people wanted to bet on it too, thought it could of been dope and that was my primary "want". I feel rapping over a beat is quite restrictive for 2 people who (i would have thought) had a lot to say about each other and a lot of "beef" as @Phil Banks would probably agree because we spoke about this the other day.
