Sign-up to participate this week in the WTC. There will be 5 to 10 competitors. If you participated last week, you can participate this week. If you no-showed last week, you can't participate until Week 4. And @Dave cannot compete because he won last week and has securred a spot in the 8 man WTC Championship Tournament that'll be run after 8 weeks of the WTC have been successfully ran.
