New Text Moderator
 

Well, we've recently lost Verity from staff, one of the most active moderators & I think we need to get a replacement ASAP, Askari. He was a moderator before & knows what he's doing + he'll be active, I personally WANT an active Text Moderator to be around other than myself.

Thoughts?

I'd be good with having Askari. Like Jason said, I think he's very level-headed, but at the same time, I'm apprehensive about his activity level. I also agree with Jason that there's been a lot of overturn in staff, and I wouldn't want to continue that trend, but at the same time, I think an extra hand on the text side couldn't hurt at this point. What about Erupt?

you guys modding ppl just cause they active for a week or 2 isn't a good trend to set.... i'd agree with Erupt but both is overkill....

id prolly say erupt. but im with the majority on too many ppl being modded.

If it's about activity, Ask assured me he'll be active during the whole year, I personally wouldn't want to take Erupt out of his Topical Moderator position as I think he's doing good there, or giving him another position that'll make him slack his Topical duties.

Let's have a final staff decision though, drop your vote in this thread, Askari, Erupt or both.

I think he's more experienced & level headed. With the activity guaranteed, that seals the deal for me.

If you're going to announce him being modded keep it to just the text lounge or something. The more low key the better considering we've all agreed at 1 point or another that hiring all these mods is a bad look. Shits looking like a production line.
