Reconstructive and dental.

Its not as major as it sounds, i just had a bad fracture i never got sorted and after a few years my teeth and jaw was pretty fucked. Went private to speed up the process, thats why the money was so high.

I will say that there is some of his natural accent in his delivery. It creeps out every now and again. It's like the 2 accents are in a constant fight to the death, 1 second 1's on top and winning then the other will come out trying to force it into submission.
