10 Man League
 

Tired of seeing meaningless shitty battles on the hotlist.

10 man mini league.

Fixtures will be made every Sunday.

Battles will be due the Following Sunday.

weekly magazines going over the previous weeks highlights as well as the next weeks predictions, plus other stuff but this will be the minimum.

Members must face every other member of the league twice (send and receive) over the course of the season.

3 pts for sent win
2 pts for received win
0 pts for a loss
- 1pt for no show or DQ.

If the top 2 are tied on points at the end of the season the league winner will be decided by head to head win percentage.

IE whoever has the greater win percentage out of the top 2 when they faced each other during the season (sent and received) will be crowned the winner.

Every week I will make a sign in sign out thread incase you can't make it. (details on how this will work will be provided once I make the thread and will apply for every week)

What I will say though is don't worry about signing out because any points that you have accumulated prior to signing out will carry over into when you sign back in, it will just mean you might find yourself a few places down the rankings rather than starting back at the bottom (depending on how long you sign out for)

Those signing in will take over the pre set season fixtures of the battler they replaced.

This might mean you facing the same battler more than twice or not at all. It all depends on signing in and out process.

(Hey I never said it was perfect! And we all know we're never going to get everyone to go through the whole season, it's just not going to happen lol, but this is the sites first genuine league format and this is the only way to do it)

Those fresh signing in will start at the bottom with zero points, you sign out, you keep your points for when/if you decide to sign back in.

All you have to worry about really is writing and getting your verses in on time.

You can use this as a genuine test and to win the whole league. Or you can use it to get a break from sniping wank battlers and get a decent battle in to test yourself. It can be as serious or as casual as you like.

Winner will be crowned "League Champion"

This is a excellent idea, sorta reminds me of the TNA Wrestling (Bound For Glory) format. Well see how this turns out , would be cool if you had a set panel of judges to. like 3-5 unbias judges that can help it run smoothly have those judges vote the battles over type shit......

We could do. I'll have to see who signs up first. Plus the idea is to boost the audio side mainly the hotlist. (to have atleast 5 battles once a week taking up spots) But we'll see. It's definitely worth considering.

If the battles plan on starting after the 21st sign me up, Im a lil rusty and could use the practice...

Aight will do man. Don't worry if they start before because you can always sign in if someone cant make it. And judging it we'll probably be starting the 2nd week at worst when you're available so you'll only be a week behind.

What I'll do is I'll make a stand by list and throw you on there. Atleast this way you Get first dibs should someone sign out or w.e.

Deffo. That's what I'm hoping for. I'ma keep the sign up's open for a while. If we get more than ten I'll make a multiple choice poll so everyone can get their say on who they think is best possible ten.

You can battle on a beat just along as you both agree to it. But it is set as accapella so if you can't agree you'll just have to go accapella.

Word. I had it sitting in the staff lounge for months but it never came to fruition for a few reasons.

I don't know if you got that far down when reading because there's quite a bit there but if you want a casual challenge you can sign out any week you want then re join when you're ready, IF somebody else signs out. So you don't have to be available the whole season, but if you want to win it the longer you stay in and the more you battle, the better. So if you change your mind just let me know.
