As for the Close Call line, It looks bittin just because the joke is supposed to be a GLENN CLOSE flip. I'm assuming Criticize is Glenn, but proving half a punchline is bitten is difficult. So much shit is overplayed, half a punch would condemn a lot of people even if it wasn't intentionally bitten. The same for the Wanda n Cosmo punch. I thought I've seen that somewhere as well. My rule of thumb used to be a disceranable bar. If a kid posted a bar that matched another, even if rearranged, 90% or so, I'd get him for biting. I might settle a full line, but half a punch, I wouldn't give an auto loss for. My 2 cents. I'd watch him like a fucking hawk though and see if anything else matches up in his verse or the last ones. If it does, toss his ass. |
Just search the original lines on the page you should find it, but the lines have the same meaning, I think he just changed the wording, the fact both of them are from the same page prevents me from thinkin he aint bite em.

Teek sums it up how I see it.... Can we really start condemning every similar concept ... It's the fact it's rican though and he has history of this kind of shady shenanigans ... And there's 2 on the same page... U need to weigh up what kind of floodgates it could open

Ricin got kicked out a tourney before for recycling I think if memory serves me right ... He has a history of biting and such though as well. |

Yeah we cant rule this as a bite. Its possible and i'd say likely that he DID steal the concepts, he has been inactive for a while, but its too vague to confirm with any clarity. If we ruled this a bite we'd be opening the doors for everyone to be accused.
He wins this time, but it'll be interesting to see if he uses anymore concepts from that page in the future. |
There's every chance he will,use more concepts from it.... Has anybody looked to see if he has used any in previous tourney battles?

I approached him about it a while ago dude. There's even more supporting evidence against him that will/has been sent to RULE. It's his call not mine but somehow I'm in the middle now. I have reservations about him continuing. I respect RULE's opinion/verdict this round, but we'll all look like idiots if he does it "again" ...don't you think? @UNKNOWN ARTIST

In my opinion he's taking the concepts .. He has history of biting and all round shadyness....but the amount of proof is the issue... How would we look like idiots... We'd be giving him enough rope to hang himself ... Nobody should have told him we knew what he was up to cuz now hell stop and we could end up with not enough evidence
