The funny shit about all this is that Rhet try's to act all nonchalant about it, pointing the finger at ME getting "Angry" but when I made the SUGGESTION his threads get moved because they're clogging up the Text Lounge he see's his ass and accuses ME of moving them when it was another mod.

Then when I legit try to help him with "3 stickys" that's all. No deletion, no editing, 3 simple little stickys to make his leagues easier to navigate, because he has tons of other shit to do organising the leagues, he spits his dummy out then throws it back in my face by sticking random threads in the audio lounge.

Rest assured if it was me acting like Rhet I'd get people shaking their heads in disgust, talking about what a bad guy I am. Sites corny as fuck like that tbh. Some people couldn't keep it a 100 if their lives depended on it.

I stickied the threds in the audio lounge in order as a joke. I even told AfterThought to unsticky them if i didn't log back on to do so before hand. You move the OP into the mod forum and landblast me which is fine. idgaf but then you proceed to change my crew name and scatter my league threads all over the site man including the threads that RULE had posted. I still don't have them all back in there yet.

I'm not taking anyone's side by asking these questions, but I think if they are answered and if we form some sort of consensus about staff etiquette in the forums, then we can avoid problems like this in the future. Here are the questions that came up in my mind as I was reading this thread and the other one.....and anyone may feel free to add your own questions/suggestions to these.

1) Should we determine who is allowed to organize threads (sticky and unsticky) made by other mods in the text and audio lounges?
2) Should staff members be allowed to change the crew names of other staff member' crews without being asked to do so?
3) Should staff members be allowed to edit threads created by other staff members without asking permission?
4) Should staff members sticky random posts in the text or audio lounge at whim?

There doesn't need to be any policy for anything you mentioned. It's all about circumstance, a mod crying over another mod sticking a couple of threads to help him out is ridiculous. (People acting like some shit got deleted, it's such a minor thing a mod can do) we all know the name change issue is wrong. But again it's down to the circumstance and in his 1 shit escalated into some other shit.
