Definitely a legend... one of the most beautiful voices the world has had the blessing to hear... kinda hit me hard inside when i heard the news because my mom stayed bumping her all my life...

Hell yeah. Shit was surreal at first

I def thought it was just a rumor at first but when it hit CNN I was just shocked man... based on what I've read n heard on the news apparently she took Xanax n alcohol which causes drowsiness n then was cooling in the tub so my guess is she drowned in the tub from falling asleep which technically isn't an OD cuz I know everybody first thought was she OD so Id love for us to be wrong

True story tho tec. Shits backwardz af. but still. Whitney is/was a pioneer for black america. That nigga.

It's a shame she went how she did and how her life turned out. She is/was a musical legend

My mum used to bump her music all the time when I was a kid. She really did have the best singing voice on the planet. She really knew how to belt out those high notes. Felt weird when I heard the news as I grew up listening to her. I felt a slight urge to cry when I seen the news and tributes, which has never happened before. I guess nostalgia can do that to you. RIP.
