On a crew trading system, cause I know I would like to have one. Trade for a couple members. That I'd think improve your crews but. Rookies and vets, heavy weights and prospects. your thoughts.

not a bad idea but if someone doesn't like there trade i can see them easily clicking ''leave crew'' haha

@Gurp Da God yeah, but maybe a crew limit, like a hockey roster or sum shit

it would be dependant on way too many factors

great idea! - just needs to be tweeked

something like..

- you cant leave a crew youve just joined for two weeks
- cant trade someone whos recently been traded
- only leaders can make trades
- definitely needs a limit on roster size

yupp, @FreezyCT, but is anybody else down with the idea

this is a horrible idea actually, it wont work.... there will be people traded that dont want to be traded then after the two week deadline that freezy proposed they will leave and then join their respective crews... its pointless really... this idea has been brought up numerous times, idk why peeps are acting like its brand new.

TBH, the trade should go through only if the members involved accept.

Maybe in that way we could reduce crew hoppin

yeah, like a no trade clause. for a limited number of weeks, i dunno just an idea

thing is, no one has a say in whether or not they get traded...they can say "no i dont want to go there" but they cant decline being traded

its true tho the crewhopping would kill the idea in a second...all i can think of is when EJT started that draft

only way it would work is if people agreed to be part of a draft pool and when drafted to a crew they sign to a contract of some sort with benefits and penalties

IDK, A Lot Of Details Need To Be In Order. The Basic Idea Is Good Though.

Draft Pool happened once. EJT organized it very well and trust me it doesn't get better than what he did.

However it all fell apart because no one was really loyal to the crews.

Seems unfair to me to penalize someone for being traded against his will.

People should feel confident in the crew they in.

If they are to be forced into something they don't want and be threatened with shit if they leave, i dont think that'll be a good idea for LB in general

no thats the thing. part of the contract signing will state rules on trading and consent of trading. crews write their own contracts... thus the appeal to join them

so fuck a draft. there are just contracts when joining a crew. it'll make shit tight

contracts or maybe make trades to be 'requestable'.

If like a member is unhappy then the leader can negotiate with another leader about trading their members

on second thought a draft would be cool, but, the thing is, die doesnt need a draft.,...nahmean?

there would have to be alottta thought put into this shit tho........

im with Gurp - the activity was thru the roof during the draft and that time period after...we jsut need to put alittle more thoguht towards it to make it work...we need something new

im with the penalties - but there should also be incentives

@Axiom_ Good idea, really, but if we take out the "leave crew" thing, then we'll be STUCK in a crew we don't wanna be in.

untill the trade rumors start a happening. and other crews are interested. if hes good tho.
