I saw this thread and noticed a message in my inbox, I was expecting some bars lol. Me and Rule will battle at one point, right babe? ;) I have a big battle at the moment to get at, and I plan on sticking around hopefully long enough for the next tournament, but I do plan on getting some bars out to people. Honestly, this site is/was just shit. There's not enough competition on here. Ofcourse I haven't battled all of the good people on here but not many places (if anywhere) take this site serious. Elsewhere it's not about writing a text verse that will transfer to audio, text is always just a different element of battling. I'm mainly talking about Longbar sites, Rican will know what I'm talking about. For example, Bobby Milk is a dope letsbeef head, but in text? elsewhere? he would lose. This whole site just votes different.

I say this with love y'all lol, this site is the only one I still fucks with, but that's the truth. LB will produce more audio battlers. (Real Talk, Illy, Conceited) and that's what it's all about.

I never lost on BC either, but I only had a few battles. What's your name over there? I'll drop in sometime. ;)

Popularity counts, I can't deny that shit. When I first got here I got into the Top 10 of the month which gets you a lot of dickriders. & at the time I brought a new style here so it got me some fans, I'm not saying I was the first wordplay dude to drop on here but I made it popular. Rep = counts.

Appreciate the honesty. And I agree. This is not hate but for the Majority. I don't rate the texters here. And having been on a few sites other than here I've had the luxioury of seeing both sides. There's too much dated/Forced Ideas on this site. Shit that alot of people on here see as fresh and Inventive Because they either only fuck with L.B religiously or they are new to texting period so don't know any better. I know that alot of what the people see on here as great. Just wouldn't fly on other sites. Infact alot of the people. Even the vets are babys at text compaired to alot of people on other sites. People been doing this shit since the late 90's. the vets here only been doing it since 05/06. So there's a big difference there.

And you're right. There isn't many if ANY sites out there that take L.B serious. Infact the site is always seen as a joke (atleast in my experiance). But when any tom dick or harry can sign up and get top 10 every month with garbage bars and a PM box. it's no suprise. Alot of decent heds get screwed out of wins here over some bullshit.

yea i agree that LB isnt as good as alot of the other sites i been on....its mainly because of the battling format,you post a random verse and somebody replys to it lol....your suppose to get personal in a battle but going first gurantees you wont be doing that unless you send a challenge to some1...

plus the voting is stupid tbh.....you rate both guys outta 10 and say who won,most of the times its noobs voting and saying "fv gb" and thats it lol....usually youd do a bar for bar breakdown or vote with categorys and give criticism....a vote should be at least a paragraph long not 3 fuckin words...it basically is a popularity contest

See this is why L.B isn't rated. We don't do personals on L.B never have. Every other site I been on focuses on Personal based punches. Because L.B doesn't it leads to alot of Cliche'd material. See when you make your punches based off personals. It's always fresh because it's current and relivant. When you start focusing soley on shit you hear on the readio, see on TV or watch on the news. It gets played because EVERYBODYS seen of or heard of these things you talk about. They've been flipped every possible way. But with personals. Only so many people know about it so it doesn't get as played as quick. And there's always a new personal round the corner. It keeps you on your toes much more than the shit alot of L.B texters battle about.

I seen Reefer say "I'll give ya kids clips like a disney flick" < Cliche'd and played. And he dropped this shit in 2011..He's the Grand Champ as well . lol. You'd get laughed off any other site using that shit. And you certainly wouldn't win a final using shit like that.
