actually our staff is working very hard improving the site.

exactly, with everything thats getting incorporated more help was needed
but making comments like this "there not enough indians" when theres
over 1,000's of batters and less than 10 people running the site is very good.

I get what you're saying. I kind of noticed that months ago. I wouldn't put it how you did, though.

It's basically just everyone kissing ass and praying they become the next mod. And crew hopping every 2 months to be a part of the hottest crew, or this crew, or that crew. & then the crew falls apart, and some other dickhead makes a different crew...and that crew has the same people as the last crew that was the "hottest" crew. It's basically a never ending cycle of ass kissing and bullshit.

plus, I know I'm bigger than battling. It's a hobby and its fun, don't get me wrong. but battling on LetsBeef doesn't pay the bills. & when you get older you realize each day that money runs you, and it runs society.

The thing is trill if you had made this post 1,2,3,4 months ago. I would of said yes.
But the timing is all off for me. Like Mikey said the staff has never been this active and organised. Things are getting done where as they used to sit idle un atttended for months on end making the site stale. I think if you look around the forums you will see the changes which are taking place. And all for the better. The site has never been in beter hands as far as providing it's users incentive to be active by offering activities and rewards and it will only increase. Under X things used to be really slow. And thats not a pop at X. He obviously had more pressing matters to deal with and thats just the way life is. But now Pugz and Miqueas have come into the mix the site has never looked more promising. And people can interpret that how ever they want. But all the staff will agree with me as they are privey to things the rest of you arent.

I might be wrong here but it does kind of look like there is some kind of bitterness behind your post. Like you have been overlooked for a mod position.Maybe you had Ill Phenom in mind when you made this as his Join date reads 2011. But he's been here for a few years now and is extremely active and is showing why it was the right decision to make him a mod. You might of looked at Mikey being a recent addition and felt a little disgruntled. But again. Mikeys been here longer than me. he beeen here since 06. So he knows the site inside out and is doing a great job of organising and Moderating the Rewards Forum. I think if you actually look around and venture outside of the text lounge you will see what you're suggesting couldn't be further from the truth. And the longer you stick around the more you will see in terms of improvements which will make your stay alot more enjoyable.
