Skill Awards..don't make sense
 

Skill Awards should be based solely on skill and not the amount of battles someone has.

It doesn't make sense that someone can have the illest punchlines on here but since they don't have 100+ battles they don't get the highest rated punchline medal. Same for flow and wordplays.

What do you guys think?

I could get behind that I guess. It would make more sense I guess.

i some what agree, but based on this sites size and activity, it would be hard for mod.'s to keep up with all the battles to see who's actually worthy of the awards, even then.. you'd get into issues like "well so n so got over looked" ect.
this sites volume would almost need mod.'s specifically for awards. maybe implementing a "request awards" system would work better. where, for example, people requesting an award for punchlines would have to provide 5 recent battles (while meeting a required amount of total battles; say 20 or something) proving they are worthy of the award.
i duno how this site deals with awards being given out, but that was just a quick idea.

How the fuck do u determine who gets the prizes and who doesnt?

I got you Rain. Tbh I'm not really in charge of awards at the moment. My self and Rule was handing them out when we first started modding and at the time we didn't give out skill awards

and i think the skill awards should be determined via a 5 man committee...

i was talking about this in another thread...

all ya need is 5 old heads....

then when someone apples for the award the committee receives a PM with a poll in it they decide weather yes or no obviously after doing some research into their battle's....

then each member of the committee should vote on the poll and the applicant should only receive the award if the committee vote 75% in favour of a yes if its less then the applicant receives a PM saying you where unfortunate this time in attaining this award if you'd like to contact the committee on why they decided this please PM them ....
