I noticed on the closer battles, they get less votes - is this because people are scared to pick the wrong guy? Like you will see a Bnas battle w/ 13 votes on it and then Rant vs Bobby Milk is at like 10.

That's precisely why. People are more hesitant to vote on higher profile, closer matchups compared to voting on a total blowout or a battle where someone gets exposed for biting or recycling. It's a free credit, so why not take It?

Because he advertises it as GC vs Hall of Famer when they both are the weakest of their feats. Even you are better than both of them. It was a mediocre battle. One got a 6, one got a 5 from me, not saying which way so I don't sway.

Wasn't particularly speaking about this match, just talking about high-profile matches in general that struggle to get votes.
