Yo all my fantasy heads i need help deciding who to start this week.

Rashard Mendenhall RB Arizona agains St. Louis Ram's D or Deangelo Williams against Seattle's D. D Williams will be out for blood since how Seattle stuffed and held him under 50 yds last game. St Louis also has one of the best red sone defenses in the NFL, and Mendenhall isn't expected to get red zone runs this year. Tough call. I am playing one them in the flex. Also, I have starting WR Kenny Britt of the Titans on my bench this week. I may put him in the flex. What do you guys think my best option is?
