How was the art of war? should i be in a rush to read the 50th law if I already read 48 laws?

The Art of War is very intelligent. Its basically Sun Tzu explaining war and politics, and then subsequent Chinese generals through following generations giving more in-depth annotations.
"The Prince" by Machiavelli is also a good read. It's known as the "European Art of War" and it probably reflects more on how things work today than Sun Tzu's Art of War because not everyone is functioning with ancient Chinese ethics. You might not want to be the Prince himself, cause that's just being a snake, but it shows you how a lot of people, especially politicians, think and how they manipulate people. |
