Madrid has the luxury of selling a player of Di Maria's caliber & not miss a beat. They knew what they had in Di Maria, the guy was amazing last year: 63 matches, 4 goals, 17 assists!!!! That doesn't even take into account the 6-7 PKs he won & wasn't allowed to take the shot. You have to plan for him on the counter attack & he's a threat in the box...

He's top shelf goods. Madrid saw an opportunity to get Rodriguez who is: 6 years younger, just as fast & probably a better goal scorer. So they jumped on it. Di Maria is reaching his peak right now, James has another 5-6 years before he reaches his.. Di Maria might be slightly overvalued by 8-10 million, but I guarantee you he will be one of the best players in England this year...

I don't think Di Maria is worth 20 million more than Aguero, but I do believe he's the better player. Aguero gets more love cuz he scores more goals. But he's a Striker, Di Maria is an attacking-mid that can play on the left, right, or centrally. He never gets to play up top & poach goals like Aguero. Not to mention, Sergio takes PKs for City which pads his stats a bit. I feel like Di Maria can spearhead an offense, he can cross balls into the box, he wins a fair amount of challenges. He's more of a well rounded player. I'll bet he scores at a higher clip on United than he did at Madrid as well...

I'd value Di Maria at 45-47 million.... He's definitely worth more than 39, Sanchez got 35 & Di Maria shits on Alexis Sanchez @Just C

Ballotelli's attitude is earned though. Dude was being called a nigger by his own team's fans. He absolutely hates Italians, despite being an Italian. The only reason he even joined AC was as a fuck you to Inter fans. If I'm correct, he even wore an AC top on an interview while he was still playing for Inter.

I always liked the guy. Celtic should pick him up. After selling Ledley, Forster, Hooper, Wanyama, Ambrose etc., Celtic should well be able to afford him. I got Van Der Vaart after the same deal in FIFA 13.
