By your own logic, you shouldn't be allowed to come back, or should be shunned for doing so, if you haven't done anything in a set period of time.

If you were absent for literally 4 years, why shouldn't you be denegrated in the same way as the people you're denegrating for their inactivity?

What in that 4 year period of absence warranted your retention of your staff position?

But, why do you feel it's okay to denegrate longstanding members of the site on the basis of their contributions as an admin? Like, if a person matters less to the staff, based on activity, then shouldn't staff be held to that same standard?
