tbph thE MODs do need some fresh blood to pump new ideas and help the site grow .. Also MODs that are being considered should have another ave of media to Premote the site to a larger consumer basis (ie. YouTube, twitter, live battler, Facebook, blog sites) this ensure that the word about LB is going outside of the local community

This person should also have put or is willing to pump personal revenue into the site shows his/her commitment to future involvement of the website

This person needs to be active and have a clear mind .. And yes def mature willing to handle matter swift and fair an quickly

And lastly this person has to be stand up and keeps their word Honor, Courage, Commitment - cant be crooked
