Celph isn't lock I don't think. If anyone would be a master of multi accounts, it'd be Lock, but at the same time his absolute need to immediately write his best stuff would take over. Clearly Celph has a little bit about him but is not even in the same ballpark as Lock, so it'd be Lock trying to write much much worse, or Celph isn't Lock.

I think it's much more likely given the name and obvious nature of the multi that it's Saiyan again or something.
