I'm pretty sure in that thread I promised ACs would not be done for.

I lost interest and then every time since then that I've tried to spark that fire again and start writing it just hasn't worked. The bars just don't appear like they used to.

It gotten to the stage where it means very little to me. The reward doesn't justify the effort. Whether it's winning a GC or the personal satisfaction.

There's always another title to win. Another cocky mouth shut crawling out the woodwork right behind the last 1. Once I realized that (especially the latter) it ceased being fun and felt more like a never ending, tedious and pointless merrygoround.

In other words. I just can't be fucked.

I've gone from

seeking and relishing a challenge.
To, please someone decent step to me and give me some motivation.
To, someone decent stepping up giving me motivation only to lose all interest somewhere along the line.
To, fuck it I can't be assed at all I'm not even entertaining this anymore this shit is boring.

I've had BARE people call me a duck. But truth is I just couldn't be fucked taking the time and effort. Especially writing and recording a track.

It's Just Not "Fun" Anymore, I Could Write A DOPE Verse And Still Get Hated On Because I'm "Student". People Expect Me To Drop Mediocre Bars And When I Manage To Actually Concentrate And Drop A Decent Punchline It Gets Overlooked OR Some Newfag Takes The Battle And I Get Like 3 Votes On It.

I'm Not Saying I Always Drop Amazing Bars, I Just Think When I Do Nobody Sees It. Maybe I'm Horrible But I'd Like To Think I'm At Least Decent From Reading And Writing Verses In The "LB Style" For Almost A Decade Now.

Writers block when it comes to battle bars/punchlines. Scheme battles are what I prefer nowadays, so I can get the punch directly from the scheme.

Having 0 desire left is hard to come back from. Hope you find some, somewhere.

Stepping up the ladder is a long process whether your a vet or a rookie.

I'd say the reason you "Still Get Hated On Because I'm Student" is more because of your low turnover of battles, rather than anything else.

Bottom line is, if you dropping hot verses over and over, it'll get through to people. They'll see.

gotta put in the work to get that paycheck.

I've become less and less motivated to actually want to write. Plus with a job and the fact that it's summer I don't have the time to even drop 10 battles a month.
