Milk. I already said skill-wise he clearly has the talent and the wins, but without any big title or championship vvictories his induction makes the HOF lose its 'legendary" appeal. Milk has the skill to be hof, but without putting the effort grinding his way up the brackets & winning at least 1 GC I don't think he should be there.

The HOF isn't ALL about skill either. It's about overall persona and reputation on the site, as well as consistency and reign. Milk started his own style, which many have tried to copy but nobody else can quite do it.
