I am however still slightly in the dark as my small mortal brain is still trying to contemplate how somebody would be 'be heading to his death' if said person is being beheaded how would he be able to do any 'be heading' of his own. In the complicated realm of text battling, there is something called a wordplay. For a example, the word pear. There is pear, as in the fruit. And pair, as in 2 things grouped together. This is called a homophone.

Let's break the line down

He'll "be heading to his death" like old school execution methods

Be heading is a play on words. Beheading as in getting your head removed

And Be heading as in... "Are you on your way?".........."I'll be heading there shortly"

Therefore when I say my opponent'll be heading to his death, you shouldn't think of it in the context of my opponent removing his own head, but instead in the context I used in example 2.
