If they added some sort of notepad feature i think it would help. I could jot a 32 on a train ride or something. Just need a notepad section to store unfinished verses.

We actually have something like this now. It's the journal that shows up on your profile, but you can make it private and use it to jot draft bars.

It wouldn't be too difficult to modify the website to have a more modern layout, especially if you are using Bootstrap. However, the issue would be making it look similar enough to be recognized.

Also getting a mobile app for LetsBeef wouldn't be terribly difficult once you made the rest of the site more modern.

The issue is that those things take time. Not a whole lot of time, admittedly. But people would still rather not spend 20 hours for a project that they will gain virtually nothing from, myself included. A cut of ad revenue wouldn't be enough, unless the site owners started some ad campaign, which I don't see happening.
