1 - Awful
2 - Bad but readable
3 - Needs work but potential is there
4 - Getting there
5 - Not bad (all the fundamentals covered)
6 - Good, solid middle tier verse
7 - Very good - on the way to top tier
8 - Dope
9 - Fucking awesome
10 - Perfect

So don't be offended, just my own ratings system
