I conceded the topical battle on the morning of August 30th, partially because he failed to meet the deadline and secondly due to not wanting to share something I put time into with disrespectful poor sport opponents... @SMASHH .

If you would like the topical to proceed, I would be willing to drop my personal issues with you to see it happen.

Also, could I do better? Well I just closed off a 32 man anonymous topical tournament. So yeah, an 8 man text one wouldn't exactly be Everest.

^You need to keep in contact with people to make them respond. I constantly remind people of their verses in chat so they are fully aware that posting for a tournament or PPV should be their priority.

Battles were still scheduled during the time tjey were in. Yeah locks in ACs but its affiliated therefore he can still finish the battle

u send a battle to someone, they have the battle in their inbox and they reply... its as simple as that

Prior to even getting elected crew mod I actually said to noble we should bring back to old crew battle system and just have a guy in charge of closing the battles. Problem is coding I think he said.

The system of arranging everything in the forum is fine. The out of nowhere ridiculous "People have to PM you their verses" thing is what SMASHH is referring to. That's alright when it's topicals and you have the stupid battle box fucking up their format, but when all the tools for a text or audio battle are available, why are people having to go off on these tangents just to get their verse up?

On top of that, he says 1 guy sends by this date, and then the other guy has 3 days to respond. What's the point in that? If its a forum battle, where battlers are sending their drops to the moderator, and the moderator doesnt post the battles until both guys have sent him their verses anyway, why does 1 guy get 3 extra days? If you're gonna follow this format then both battles should be sent at the same time. The receiver isnt actually 'responding' because he hasnt seen what he is responding to, so he's getting 3 extra days for nothing - both battlers should have the same deadline.

Well Noble suggested we so it this way. I reverted another crew battle to the battlers having the same deadline. Im experimenting to see what works. On a side note. Chloros shouldnt have done 5 battles of different types of battles. Just a thought. I saw this coming.
