Only thing Dwayne Carter has is metaphors & he falling off on that. Votes goes to Lupe on this one. Only idiots would say " Wayne has more money & sells albums ". Doesn't matter, that don't change the fact of talent & skills when it comes to being lyrical.

i think lupe consistency is better wit his lyrics but i like waynes songs better as overall songs... not usually his radio songs tho

i agree with this pretty much..lupe is dope with wordplay and rhyme scheme..but wayne makes the better songs that everybody wants to hear i guess

You just can't compare them and select a winner to me. Two VERY different rappers Lupe is a conscious rapper, and Wayne is just a rapper. In terms of ability though, Lupe hands down. Wayne has made plentiful amounts of garbage consistently throughout his career there may be some gems in the litter of his music but not many. Whereas just about every one of Lupes songs is pretty good.

So what if he's done it longer, there are rappers on they come up that spit more raw and have more talent then he has EVER possessed. That make songs that blow his "hot shit" out of the water it's types like him that degrade artists and make it hard for quality mofuckas to get in the industry. Lupe more lyrical Wayne gets it in his own different way (Consistent with mixtapes, makes more songs) no matter how many dislike or like him.
