Forgive me if i'm wrong but all these theories you're all bringing up could easily be resolved by either @RULE or any other of the moderators just by simply seeing which IP address is linked to the accounts. I know this personally because back in 2012 I got a suspension for having a 2nd account.

So either the mods are lacking or they should be backing Rican up pretty hard. Either way the self ban thing is a little odd, agreed.
