So when your sport has a talent pool consisting of the best people representing X country chances are X player is only slightly better than X NBA player...Thats why the worst NBA team could probably beat the best FIBA team....Not the national team that NBA players play on I'm just saying the teams out in Spain, Italy, Argentina, etc

European basketball has nothing when it comes to individual talent compared to the nba. The Europe system is more of a defensive and team game with coaching and systems play a much bigger role. The best player in the Euroleague dosnt even get close to lebron james. There are a couple of differences in the rules such as having to take two steps while going for a layup rather than 3, flopping is called as a technical over here while any contact against a player in shooting motion is called a foul.

America has far greater individual talent both quantity and quality wise. The only slip up team USA had with fiba rules were when they lost to Greece in 06, from then on its a walk in the park for them (well the last game vs Argentina was closer than expected but Argentina is also an nba based national team with the likes of ginobili scola nocioni)...

The nba as the name says has a 'National title' but calling the winner world champs is not far from the truth. No European team can fuck wit an nba team so the term 'world champs is mostly theoretical but it is the truth

Also there was a 'world club cup' few months ago after many years and olympiacos won it. However the nba champs didn't even participate, quite simply cause they are just that good

Not familar with the rules/leagues of Cricket or Rugby. They aren't really popular sports in the US. & don't really have any high paying salaries here. You guys aren't listening to what we are saying. ALso not familar with the rules/leagues of MMA, but last time i checked only 1 person is fighting in the ring. Ya they have trainers but those trainers have very little control on what happens comes fight time. They just can prepare them the best they can. & doesn't MMA have world champion matches? i really don't know too much about the leagues.
