We can even take this a step further. I've asked mods before what the votes were looking like and I've also asked others to vote up the tournament battles.

I'm sorry if I actually want to get a tournament to be successful instead of struggling for votes, but that's just the way I am.

Was Lock running the tourney?

Was it his responsibility to bring in votes?
If all he did is throw his battle in with a list of battles I see no problem.
