I thought it was very well known, and have showed quite a few people my verse for our battle and inadvertently showed them your full name. Legally? yes, unless it is copywritten material. Facebook is a public access website. There's a reason they have privacy options. Because if you use them you're safe from this kind of thing, if you don't use them then oh well tough shit.

As far as the L.B rule on this I don't know. If everything he got is accessible through a simple search then I think he's fine, because I'm sure it's only private information gained via a hack or duping a friend request to a private profile.
