I'm pretty sure you got DQ'd because "left send to right" from the main card and the deadline to send was Monday, December 28th at 11:59:59 CST.

The deadline to respond was today.

Unfortunately, yes. As Slang stated, the deadline to send has passed.

• Name changes during an open tournament battle are not permitted, and will result in an automatic disqualification, regardless of the outcome of the battle.

Once you're battle is closed, between rounds.

UPDATE: After careful consideration, and after talking it over with some of the mods, I'll allow Corduroy and H1Z1's battle to be counted as a legitimate tournament battle.
