Members complain, no action is taken. Moderator team constantly bans members for even "swaying" a vote in a battle yet this kid bites entire verses and laughs about it.

The rest of them are free to run around and bite verses, sway votes, hate vote, use multies, troll and whatever else. Then if anyone complains about the blatant disregard for rule enforcement they are just "snow flakes crying about losing battles".

A little update for you. Noone else will be banned unless it's any of the coward moderators. X is on his way back to deal with Cockhart and turn his two biting battles to autolosses. He is highly confuses why no other moderator has yet to discipline Cockhart and change these battles around.
