I think @Rieper should be mod. We had a system, and everyone was on the same page before the mod team got eviscerated. I think it'd be good to have him in there to shoot some of the ideas we had previously, because honestly - apart from a hiccup here and there, it was run pretty well before. No offence to Auto or anything, just sharing my thoughts.

In my personal opinion, based on my previous experience in the FVC, the FVC mod should only be tasked with running the FVC. This is because there is such an immense workload involved in properly running it, which isn't feasible to get done alongside the duties that other moderators have. HVK put an absolute ton of work into running the FVC, and since voting is a real problem at the moment I think we need that level of work back again. Rai has been doing a great job, but he's too busy with both his life and his other mod duties running multiple cards and helping people out. I think we should add 2 moderators. One should join the general mod team with RULE and Rai. The other would become the FVC moderator, specifically in charge of that. The FVC mod wouldn't be junior to the other mods at all, just more specialised.

As far as who it should be, I'm truly honoured to even be considered for this but I think I'm a bit too young and inexperienced. I think that Lock/Rieper is 100% the most qualified, and if he wants it then I think he would be the best choice. Auto is clearly keen, well-respected and basically the only thing I know about him is that he's dedicated to the site. I think he would make a great FVC mod, because he's dedicated, highly active and well-respected. That's just my thoughts.

usually i hate this idea of "mods for this and that" but i think what you've said is true. running the fvc takes an insane amount of work. you have to read at least a 1000 votes, if not more, and you have to keep track/tally of votes for fvc members, plus be looking for recruits, so that's even more work. it takes more than 10 hours a week no doubt.

considering that, i'd like to run the fvc. the duties are something i pretty much do already. rai can focus on just being a regular mod, running tourns, fixing vp, and solving problems. i think lock needs to be a regular mod, not fvc runner, but that's just because he'd be more needed as a regular mod, even though he could run the fvc extremely well.

as for as auto for fvc mod? i'm not sure. he's a good voter, and he votes often. i've never heard any of his ideas for it so, i dont know. other potential fvc runners could be noble and seul and edge but i highly doubt any of them have the time or willingness.

90% of the time if someone wants to be a mod it's for the wrong reasons. They want a title or some power or a colored name. Access to info they wouldnt have otherwise. Also, I've seen mods do some shade shit. Been on the team. Used my powers to troll members as Ana's. And I was one of the least corrupt. Anyone championing for themselves in this thread looks bad to me. Just like voting for yourself in the lb awards.

I don't have a lot of hope in my being selected. But, I'd be interested in re-joining staff.
